Terms governing our CCTV installation services

These terms outline our service agreement, warranty coverage, and client responsibilities for CCTV installation and maintenance.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms for CCTV installation, maintenance, and support services.

Scope of Work: Services include site assessment, equipment installation, system configuration, and client training as specified in your quote.

2. Pricing & Payment

Quotes: Valid for 30 days. Prices subject to change for bookings beyond this period.

Payment Methods: M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash accepted.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit to schedule installation, balance upon completion.

Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for rescheduling. Deposits refundable if cancelled before installation date.

3. Warranty & Support

Equipment Warranty: 1-3 years depending on equipment type (as specified in your contract).

Labor Warranty: 90 days on installation workmanship.

Support: 24/7 technical support for emergency issues.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from power surges, physical damage, or improper use.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • • Provide safe access to installation areas
  • • Ensure stable power supply and internet connection
  • • Backup important footage regularly
  • • Report issues promptly for timely resolution
  • • Maintain equipment according to provided guidelines

5. Limitation of Liability

While we install professional-grade equipment, we cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents. CCTV systems are deterrents and monitoring tools.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for losses resulting from system failures, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Service Areas & Timing

Coverage: We serve all 47 counties in Kenya.

Response Time: Same-day service in major cities, 24-48 hours in other areas.

Emergency Service: Available 24/7 for critical security issues.
